Dates/Times for Spokane County DUI Victims Panels:

The Spokane County DUI Victims Panels are held each month on the first and third Thursday night at 7pm and one Tuesday afternoon at 2pm in our Spokane Valley office.  Dates may change for holidays or other scheduling issues.

The Panels run one hour, and the cost is $50.00 cash or money order only at the door.  We accept credit/debit card payments by telephone before noon the day of your scheduled appointment for the Panel. â€‹

How to sign up for the Panel: â€‹

Step 1:  You must be court ordered to attend the Spokane County DUI Victims Panel (Panel). This has been the policy of the Panel since our inception in 1992--it is an educational program for after your case is adjudicated (finalized in court).  You must be registered to attend the Panel--in order for GSSAC to prepare the Completion Report/Letter to be sent to your court. You will receive a copy of your completion letter at the end of the Panel you attend.

Step 2: Spokane County District Court and Spokane Municipal Court along with Airway Heights Municipal Court, Cheney Municipal Court, Pend Oreille County District Court, Stevens County District Court, and other courts send referrals directly to GSSAC after you have met with them after your case is adjudicated.  Check with your assigned Probation Services at the court you attended for your case for a referral or confirmation they will accept completion of your DUI Victims Panel by attending the Spokane County DUI Victims Panel.  We serve courts across the region, state, and nation.  GSSAC is authorized to provide Panels and report to the online Idaho Courts Reporting system so those referred by an Idaho court can attend our Panel.

Defendants being court ordered from a court and not receiving a referral from their respective courts must call our office at 509-922-8383 to register for a date.  Please have your case number and the mailing address of the court or probation department that is providing the court order referring you.  For questions, call our office at 509-922-8383 for more information.
